Heardle is similar to bandle but instead of revealing more instruments to a song with each failed guess, a few more seconds of the song are revealed. At first you have one second, then two, then five, ect...

It's a little less creative than bandle and in my opinion a lot less interesting but that can be considered a strenth as that allows for a million different versions of heardle to exist for specific people. Big anime fan? Anime Heardle. Love mario music? Mario Heardle. There are tons of these and some feature more effort than others.

Many of the heardle games I've seen do track stats but rarely have a playable backlog outside of occasional infinite modes.
